OPERATIONS UPDATE

Effective Monday, February 26th, we are updating the resort’s operating days to ensure we maintain our mountain conditions. Our priority is giving people the freedom to ski and by updating our operations it will allow us to run for longer this season. Here are those updates:

Nordic Express

Thursday – Sunday: 10:00 am to 3:30 pm

Crockett

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 – 8:00 pm 

Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm 

Cub

Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 8:00pm 

Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm 

I have a My Weekday Pass, what are my options?

All My Weekday Passholders will be eligible to visit the resort Saturday’s and Sunday’s the rest of the season. Please visit the ticket window upon arrival and they will be able to issue you a lift ticket for that day.

I have a ticket purchased for the dates you will have Nordic Express closed, can I get a credit?

Yes. Please follow these instructions to exchange your online purchase for a credit.

1. Log into your account through the My Account link in your confirmation email.

2. Select the button to Manage Your Purchases

3. Through this link you will be shown your eligible items for a return
a. Select the correct purchase that you would like to return

4. Select the amount of items you would like to exchange and hit Complete

5. Once you have finished it will give you your credit that you can apply to a later date

Why are you closing the Express side of the mountain midweek?
