World Telemark Day

We are celebrating World Telemark day again! show your bindings at the ticket window and receive a $20 lift ticket. A fun day filled with group riding with free heelers, a lurk competition, and listening to live music in the Aid Room Bar!
Meet at the Cat Shop next to Apollo after you get your lift ticket at 10am.
What the lurk? “The Lurk, also referred to as a Long Pole or Unipole, is intended to enhance the skiing experience by providing a single pole alternative to the two small pole technique for maneuvering during downhill skiing.”
Use an ordinary item as your lurk and win the Nordic Valley lurk and bragging rights until the next World Telemark Day comes around. Examples could be a shower curtain rod, standing lamp, pool noodle, broom. etc. Get creative, this is just a fun day for all our free heelers!
Live Music: Dave Quackenbush will be playing from 3pm – 5pm in the Aid Room Bar.
