The Power Pass Core
The Power Pass Core is the ideal pass for the Utah local that does not care to come during busy holiday periods. The only Nordic Valley and Willamette Pass Resort blackout dates are 12/26/22-1/1/23, 1/14/23-1/15/23, 2/18/23-2/19/23, but you can still redeem your six 25% off lift tickets during these dates.
This pass is about as close as you can get to a “Nordic Valley only season pass” without overspending! Along with full access to Sipapu, Pajarito, and Hesperus you get four restricted days between Brian Head, Purgatory, and Snowbowl with the same blackout dates as above. Plan your Brian Head weekend if you want to stay in Utah this ski season!
While Nordic Valley has lift tickets as low as $9 when purchasing months in advance, our average lift ticket price is $32. Brian Head’s average ticket price is around $50. The freedom to ski when and where you want with the pass is the major benefit. Let us break down a hypothetical scenario with how you can easily make your money back on the Power Pass Core.
***Based off the median Power Pass Core price of $325 for Young Adults(25-29)
Nordic Valley: $32 x 6 visits = $224
Brian Head: $50 x 2 = $100
Total = $324
Or
Nordic Valley: $32 x 9 = $288
Brian Head: $50 x 1 = $50
Total = $338
Just after 9 ski days you will already have made the pass purchase worth it! There are a minimum of 13 valid weekends in Nordic Valley’s season, and 17 in Brian Heads. Also, you will get 3 free days at Monarch Mountain!
Lots of skiing to be done and freedom to redeem with the Power Pass Core!
