Lift tickets will be available for purchase online, in advance or day of. With flexible pricing, you’ll enjoy the best price on lift tickets when you select off-peak days and buy in advance – the earlier you buy, the more you save. Rest assured knowing that you’ll be able to adjust for unexpected situations with online self-service exchanges up until the night before you arrive.

Introducing the Nordic Valley Card

The brand new Nordic Valley card provides an enhanced ticket experience, designed to deliver more time on the snow.

The new Nordic Valley Card holds all lift tickets, rentals, & lesson reservations, and resort credits in one single, reloadable card. The card itself is included with all ticket, rental, and lesson purchases and will be offered to guests upon arrival.

Simply purchase your products online and save your confirmation email. When you arrive, you’ll receive a new Nordic Valley Card to activate your purchase.

Spend more time on the slopes. After your card is activated, proceed directly to the lifts – no need to stop by the ticket window.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I change my items?

After making a purchase, the purchaser will receive an email with a link to the Nordic Valley Self-Service Portal. Here, you’ll be able to select the products you’d like to exchange and view your purchase history instantly – no waiting and no emailing required.

Is there a time limit on when I can change my plans?

You can change your lift ticket and rental products anytime up to midnight (11:59 p.m MST) the night before your visit. Please note that if you forget or are unable to change your itinerary by that time, your purchase costs will be forfeited.

How much does it cost to change my tickets or rentals?

There are no fees to change your items. Depending on dates and products purchased, you may be asked to pay the difference if your new products cost more than your original purchase.

Is there a limit to how many times I change my plans?

There are no limits to the number of changes – make as many as you’d like. All credits are valid until April 30, 2021.

Can I share my credit with a friend or another family member?

Yes! You can use your credit for yourself or anyone else.

If I purchased a lift ticket, can I use that credit for something else?

You can apply your credit to lift tickets, lessons, or rentals.

Can I apply my credit to a future season?

All credits must be used by April 30, 2021. If you are unable to use or share your credit by that time, your purchase costs will be forfeited.

What if I lose my card?

Stop by the guest service ticket windows to get a new card and deactivate your old card. From there you will be able to go onto your customer portal and reactivate your new card.
