- Keep Your Original Pricing: Pay the same rate as when you originally purchased your pass if you upgrade by October 31. Plus, get more with your upgraded pass.
- Unlock More Access: Get unrestricted or expanded access to all Power Pass mountains, including peak weekends and holidays.

How to Upgrade Your Pass
- Email our Customer Services
- Upgrades are initiated by emailing our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your name and contact info (email and phone number)
- Follow up Email or Phone Call
- After your initial email gets to our team we will reach back out to you. We may ask for more info through an email but all transactions must be finalized over a brief call.
- Receive Your Upgraded Pass
- Once your upgrade is complete, you’ll receive a new pass reflecting your updated benefits!

What happens if I upgrade after October 31?
After October 31, upgrades will be subject to current pricing. Lock in your upgrade now to secure the original rate.
Can I upgrade my weekday pass to more days?
Yes! You can add more days to your weekday pass or upgrade to the Power Pass Core, Power Pass Select, or Power Pass.
Will my reciprocal days reset if I upgrade?
It depends on how our partner resorts track usage. If tracked by name, they likely won’t reset. If tracked by pass number, they might.
What if I’m on a payment plan?
You can either pay in full or adjust your payment plan to accommodate the upgraded pass. Our team will assist with any necessary changes.
Will my discounted tickets reset with a new pass?
The ticket office will manually configure your new pass to reflect the correct remaining benefits.
